What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Drive sales through your team
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets
  • Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
  • Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve a Retailer Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard and progress to next level of qualification if desired
  • This will be delivered in partnership with our training partner Northern Training Academy. It will be delivered in the workplace with support from your Learning Coach

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • On completion of qualification, you will move to the next level of management qualification
