What will the apprentice be doing?

General Duties will include:

  • Basic buying skills - leading to extensive purchasing knowledge
  • Maintaining Customer Sales Order - Receipts (Email, Portals, Schedules)
  • Use of synchro MRP system (full training given)
  • Sales order entry
  • General Expediting of internal contract review process.
  • Preparation and issue of internal work orders
  • Daily manifests
  • Customer communication - (to support operations and planning team)
  • invoicing
  • Supporting warehouse with booking of logistics
  • Export documentation (External Training Course)
  • Certification and Documentation
  • Simple Sales Quotations
  • Finance support and Filing
