What will the apprentice be doing?
What You’ll Do
- Carry out basic administrative duties, answering the phones and handling initial customer enquiries, detailing relevant information for the relevant commercial team member to follow up.
- Distribute weekly and monthly tonnage reports to nominated customers and in conjunction with the commercial sales team assist with preparing Commercial customer terms and conditions.
- You will be trained and mentored to monitor and update the compliance database to include food waste agreements, waste carriers’ licence, ABP registrations, duty of care and approved suppliers, maintaining ACTIV database in preparation for all external auditing.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about providing great Customer Service. It’s important that you are an effective communicator who enjoys working with others. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player with a can-do attitude.
