What will the apprentice be doing?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftercare Apprentice in our Partnerships Directorate, assisting our Aftercare Manager with all aspects of aftercare provided to internal and external customers following the practical completion of newbuild homes.
The Aftercare Apprentice is an integral role in the Group’s Partnership’s Team, and actively participates in the delivery of new homes, assisting the Aftercare Manager to identify and collate the handover data and documentation required for a successful and smooth handover into management or for sale.
- You will be highly customer focused, taking ownership for the delivery of a high-quality end-to-end customer experience
- You will have the confidence to visit new residents in their homes to ensure that all systems and equipment is understood
- You will handle all incoming queries concerning Customers and Contractors
- Managing records, ensuring data is captured accurately and filed correctly
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
A Level 3 Business Administration qualification plus Functional Skills (if required).
