    After a successful probation period, this will increase to £14,000, then every 6 months there will be a pay rise depending on performance. There is also an opportunity for overtime paid at time and half.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide Software, Hardware and Network support to remote and local colleagues
  • Logging of support calls using the ZEISS helpdesk system
  • Installing Software
  • Liaising with internal and external support organisations
  • Support the Senior Support Analyst with IT infrastructure

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments. 

With our exciting curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
