What will the apprentice be doing?
- Provide Software, Hardware and Network support to remote and local colleagues
- Logging of support calls using the ZEISS helpdesk system
- Installing Software
- Liaising with internal and external support organisations
- Support the Senior Support Analyst with IT infrastructure

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments.
