What will the apprentice be doing?

Supporting our Administration Manager and Consultants, your duties will include:

  • Write, update and amend CVs for the recruitment consultants
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Deal with enquiries from clients and candidates and/or pass to the relevant consultant
  • Process registration forms and proof of ID documentation adhering to strict GDPR rules
  • Database administration including inputting of relevant company and candidate information
  • Assisting consultants with ad hoc projects e.g., advertising roles and resourcing candidates
  • General office admin - filing, photocopying, printing
  • Digital marketing - assisting in producing regular content for company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
  • Provide cover on consultant desks during annual leave/absence.
  • Raising of invoices

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration with mentorship and training from a top national learning provider.

As well as E-learning, you will also shadow and develop your skills on the job with support from your colleagues.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have completed the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress as a Recruitment Consultant or continue as an Administrator.
