What will the apprentice be doing?
We are seeking a go-getter with creative flair who is innovative when it comes to new ideas.
The comms of our brands are essential in ensuring we reach the right audience and convert clicks into ticket sales. We are looking for an individual who goes the extra mile when working on an event to ensure the client/public’s expectations are exceeded so guests leave with a lasting impression of something extra special.
Duties will include:
- Book and manage freelancers inc. DJs, hosts, designers and photographers
- Book travel and accommodation including the creation of detailed call sheets
- Production inc. packing event props, equipment and compiling guest lists
- Budgeting and reconciling finances post-event
- Keep stock and replenish prizes and props
- Manage customer enquiries leading up to and during events
- List ticketed events and work alongside ticketing platforms and venues
- Maintain online presence through effective social comms, scheduled digital content, SEO and regular website updates and assist in delivering effective paid campaigns
- Maintain customer database from public events for future mailouts
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- The qualification will be a Level 3 - Advanced Apprenticeship as an Event Assistant
- We have a blended training system put in place - most training will take place online, and there will be face-to-face sessions at our Co-working space called Creative Works in Walthamstow
- You will have time each week for your course work and on 4 occasions we will meet in person with you to do your face-to-face training sessions

We will review all future progress based on the successful completion of the apprenticeship program
