What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supporting Veolia Shropshire & Telford Contract Performance teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Working with the operations team to administer and maintain waste records (weights, orders etc)
  • Checking and updating information accurately
  • Supporting the administration of comments and complaints procedures
  • Provide performance data and support the Business Manager and associated services
  • Updating service delivery plans and method statements, emergency plans and continuity plan

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • During this Level 3 Business Administration programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career
  • Throughout the 24 - month programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it
  • As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you’ll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Technical (Knowledge) Certificate in Business Administration and an NVQ (Competency)
