What will the apprentice be doing?
- Providing a high-quality service to clients, internal colleagues, and visitors
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and minute taking
- Typing correspondence and assisting with the production of business documents
- Printing, photocopying, filing and other general administration
- Maintain office systems and update records
Raising purchase orders - Matching of purchase order numbers and delivery notes to supplier invoices
