What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will include a variety of tasks to include:

Answering the telephone.

Filing.

Computer work, using a variety of systems.

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Payroll.

Secretarial work.

Alongside gaining the skills, knowledge and behaviours of working as an Apprentice Accounts Office Administrator you will complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship with Alliance Learning.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will be working towards an Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. This will include NVQ L3, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
