Key Responsibilities:
- Using a coffee machine
- Making coffees to order
- Steaming milk
- Dealing with customers

At Chestnut Bakery, you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Barista Level 2 over the course of 15 months.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On going progression and development. Barista's can progress onto a supervisor, then Assistant Manager, and potential to be a General Manager in the long run.
