What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Pre-delivery phone calls and dealing with/communicating all matters arising to the team and customers.
  • Filing of paper delivery notes and verifying proof of deliveries.
  • Dealing with general enquiries both internal and external.
  • Providing General admin support to logistics operation.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The Apprentice will be working towards Level 3 business administration. 
  • Assessor training support.

Things to consider

Please consider, further into your apprenticeship, you will be trained to deal with challenging customers. You will be eased into this but you need to be aware this can be a difficult task. You will be multi tasking and problem solving. Focus on time management throughout the day will ensure all tasks are completed on time with deadlines in mind.
