What will the apprentice be doing?
The firm requires an outgoing and friendly individual to work in a busy team. You will work in a fast paced environment with a dedicated and knowledgeable team.
Main duties are:
- Client contact / queries
- Use of bespoke IT system
- Preparation of client paperwork
- General administration
- Dealing with personal information, client queries and filing them correctly
- Transferring and updating existing client data
- Using basic Microsoft packages
- Reception duties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be provided to achieve the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English (if required)
Training will take place weekly, on a day release basis, at Darlington Borough Council Learning and Skills training centre (DL1 5AJ). Here you will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to ensure these exceed the minimum requirements for the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standards.
