What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Running weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on Excel
  • Assist the General Manager in scheduling performance management meetings to present your data with internal parties and external contract partners
  • Creating forecasts on P&L based on historical data and projected build targets
  • Giving route cause analysis on any dips in performance or long standing issues with performance
  • Develop skills in PowerBI to be able to advance FNIL’s reporting capabilities
  • Provide early warnings for potential KPI failures to the concerned party prior to Month or Quarter end
  • Bring ideas to the General manager on ways to enhance reporting and build a more robust performance management process based on you course tutorage
  • Any other reasonable line manager requests
