What will the apprentice be doing?

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties such as speaking on the telephone, emailing and producing accurate documents
  • Working across teams within the business do undertake administrative duties
  • Resolving issues as requested
  • Managing priorities and own time
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone, email or face to face
  • Filling and printing orders reports
  • Working with database
  • Working with computer

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Learning and developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours within  the Business Administration apprenticeship
  • On your completion you will obtain NVQ / BTEC in Business Administration Level 3
  • Tutoring sessions will be provided at least once per month in your working environment, throughout the duration of the apprenticeship
  • Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
