There is a fantastic level 3 early years apprenticeship role in a well established nursery, offering free uniform as well as a great opportunity to develop further knowledge, skills and experience in a nursery that encourages progression. During the apprenticeship you will work 30 hours per week on a shift pattern between 7.30am-6pm. Duties will include planning and supervising child initiated and adult led activities which are based around the needs and interests of each individual child, supporting children to develop numeracy and language skills through observing each child, shaping their learning experience to reflect their observations.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Little Angel's Nursery are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join their team and work towards their aim of providing a safe, nurturing and enabling environment for children to grow and develop to the best of their abilities.

- Carrying out observation and assessment in line with the current EYFS
- Offering a safe and inclusive place for children that is safe and consistent
- Ensuring nursery policies and procedures are always observed
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Little Angels Daycare Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
- Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This will be delivered through Little Angels Daycare Nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise.
