What will the apprentice be doing?

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Recruitment Consultant, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Recruitment Consulting
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths & English if required
  • Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment or Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
  • Access to REC E-Learning materials

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Aatom Recruitment are passionate about promoting from within and they care deeply about helping staff develop. Future roles are yet to be identified but they’d like staff to develop into either Recruitment positions or higher clerical roles.

Things to consider

Boom Training loves to reward hard work and achievements! As such, Boom will reward new apprentices with two £75 payments, one at month 3 and another at month 9, should your overall apprenticeship progression and OJT be on track at the point of review. Upon successful completion of your EPA, you will also receive an extra £150 reward!
