European Filter Solutions are looking to extend their excellent team to help run their busy office in Dearne Valley. Duties will include (but not limited to); welcoming visitors, raising purchase orders, invoicing and filing.

What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Business Administration/Office Support Apprentice, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Welcoming visitors
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting of coordinating service engineer
- Answering calls and dealing with client queries
- Adhering to company procedures and policies
You’ll develop your skills alongside the management team and ex-apprentice, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to continued growth. You’ll be taught and mentored by people who are well versed in academia and the job role, to achieve your full potential and share in the company’s success.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from their Dearne Valley campus, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful administrator. The Apprentice Standard you will be studying is Business Administration – Level 3
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression to industry specialist qualifications – further and higher skill development in either an accounting or sales role. A lifelong career with European Filter Solutions Ltd.
