What will the apprentice be doing?
Role of apprentice:
- Answering customer service phone calls
- Liaising with couriers and warehouse staff to ensure swift delivery of items
- General administration work involved with the order process

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
This apprenticeship will be delivered remotely from the workplace. 4 days a week will comprise of working on the job and 1 day will be for completing college work.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunity to gain an approved qualification at level 2 customer service standards with the potential to lead to a permanent position within the company. You will receive further in-house training on a variety of skills including photography, social media, and web site content.
