What will the apprentice be doing?
- As an Apprentice at Stantec, you will be given responsibility from the start along with suitable guidance and support. Our industry leading programme is designed with your development in mind to create exceptional engineers and designers of the future
- In this role you will be working within our Water division in High Wycombe. You will work alongside experienced a diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers and Modellers. You will shadow your experienced team and support them with designs, calculations and project demands. You will learn how to use relevant software and programs such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), 3D, Digital delivery, BIM modelling, model drawings and productions. During your apprenticeship at Stantec you will gain a BTEC Level 3 in Civil Engineering
- In addition, you can help on UK wide projects, working on some of the largest, most iconic infrastructure water projects in the UK. We’re one team, we help each other out - whether you’re based in Scotland, the South of England, Ireland - we work together
- Our apprenticeships allow you to learn whilst you earn as you study for an academic qualification. You’ll get the chance to expand your knowledge by attending the university one day a week on day release, whilst simultaneously learning from our industry experts on the job, allowing you to combine your learning with invaluable experience
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
For the Level 3 apprenticeship you will qualify with a Level 3 BTEC in Civil Engineering.
You studies will be day release.
