This is an office-based role, providing day-to-day support to the Projects Department. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is keen to work as part of a team and has extremely good attention to detail. We have a long history of employing apprentice’s and progressing them into more senior roles within the company.

What will the apprentice be doing?

·         Answering the telephone

·         Using emails

·         Processing enrolment paperwork

·         General administration for the projects team

·         Updating the database

·         Processing and posting learner certificates

·         Sorting post

·         Filing

·         Scanning

·         Making teas and coffees for visitors

·         Data entry onto the external databases

·         Communicating with the learners

·         Any other reasonable office-based tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The learner will get a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The apprentice will do all they're work at Runway so they wont need day or block release.  

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The apprentice can progress through the company from the Business Administration apprenticeship if they are successful.
