A great opportunity has arisen for an Accounting Apprentice working at Able2achieve, based in Yeovil, Somerset. Able2achieve are now looking for a level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprentice to join their busy team and study AAT. You will be trained to complete year end, quarterly and monthly accounts, VAT returns, payroll and other duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Year end, quarterly and monthly accounts

- Supporting our head bookkeeper with accounts
- Photocopying, filling and maintaining data

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and regular college attendance. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Assistant Accountant Level 3 standard. On completion the apprentice will receive Assistant Accountant level 3 qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required depending on current level.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression into a part time or full time role within the company whilst continuing to develop with Able2achieve.
