What will the apprentice be doing?
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers ‘with a smile’ (walk-in and by appointment), offering coffee/tea to make them comfortable
- Build rapport with customers by providing professional and informative response to enquiries
- Converting enquiries into bookings by using your knowledge and experience to help the customer choose a holiday that is perfect for them
- Providing a consistently excellent level of customer service, tailoring each booking to best meet the needs of the individual, and communicating effectively face to face and through email and telephone
- Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times

Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
