They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprentice with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate. Your daily duties will include answering calls and emails for clients, prospects, and suppliers. Full ongoing training provided.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Your daily duties will include answering calls and emails for clients, prospects, and suppliers. Booking appointments for business development and management meetings. Making calls to clients and prospects. Keeping the CRM updated with accurate and timely records. Helping team members with various projects. Processing new orders as created by the sales team.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full on-the-job training plus Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Continued training and development within the company. A permanent role is available for the right applicant with considerable potential for career progression.
