What will the apprentice be doing?

·        Update the TCML portal with letters and notices

·        Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the TCML portal

·        Maintain supplier contracts, diarise and arrange renewal as directed

·        Ensure contractor information including insurance is maintained and monitored and kept up to date

·        Raise works orders for distribution to contractors

·        Liaison with contractors regarding maintenance issues

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 in Business Admin with Learning Curve Group and will take part in a 1 to 1 session with their tutor every 4-6 weeks.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The successful candidate would be eligible for a full time role, upon completion of the apprenticeship.
