What will the apprentice be doing?

The Business Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Making and receiving sales calls
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Data input, quality control, data extracts, and reporting
  • General office administration
  • Being a point of contact for general CRM queries

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Inhouse training to be provided by the employer
  • Business Administrator level 3 qualification

Photoshop knowledge / experience, and Microsoft CRM knowledge would be advantageous.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
