What will the apprentice be doing?

- You’ll be supporting or leading a range of solutions throughout the business. You’re likely to explore digital operations, digital technology, cyber security, IT delivery and more.
- Not only will you have a mentor throughout, but you’ll also have a coach to guide you on any technical challenges.
- To start, you’ll combine university assignments with applied work within the business. Later, there'll be more opportunities for formal training.
- You’ll be an integral part of the team. In time, you can expect to be running daily meetings and agile stand-ups.
- You’ll build skills in communication and presentation, along with methods for how you like to work.
