What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You’ll get to work in some of the most inspiring areas of Rolls-Royce.
  • You’ll be supporting or leading a range of solutions throughout the business. You’re likely to explore digital operations, digital technology, cyber security, IT delivery and more.
  • Not only will you have a mentor throughout, but you’ll also have a coach to guide you on any technical challenges.
  • To start, you’ll combine university assignments with applied work within the business. Later, there'll be more opportunities for formal training.
