What will the apprentice be doing?

Main duties will include:

  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Sending out emails, texts and letters
  • Supporting your line manager with day-to-day tasks
  • Data entry
  • You will be required to do a lot of data entry on our database alongside general Business Administration duties
  • General PA Duties as and when required 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • End Point Assessment (EPA)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This opportunity comes with the prospect of moving into Business Management or there would be potentially an extension of employment contract and an increase in salary.
