What will the apprentice be doing?

Everyone working for Modus is expected to have a good understanding of the other disciplines within the business, so in addition to the skills developed within the apprenticeship, internal training will be provided covering: Design for Print, Website Development, Printing Techniques and Practices, Quote and Proposal Creation, and Marketing Principles.

To be successful in the role, we do not require someone to become an expert in all these areas, however we do expect the successful candidate to be self-motivated and keen to develop new skills, whilst delivering on client and internal briefs.

Main Duties of the Digital Marketing Apprentice (With Graphic Design and Account Management) role will include:
• To complete a Digital Marketing Apprentice Level 3
• To produce content to support our digital marketing team with all aspects of social media and digital campaigns including:
o Email Marketing
o Google Analytics
o Google Ads
o Content Writing
o Image Creation
o Keyword Research & SEO
o Content Scheduling
o Report Generation

• Initial point of contact for inbound calls
• To liaise with clients by telephone, email, and face to face
• Assist in the management of client accounts, obtaining and where appropriate fulfilling them
• To complete the additional training provided in the complimentary disciplines
• To support the team in producing images, content, video etc to support website design
• To support the team producing design for print
