The role will cover all aspects i.e, purchase ledger, sales ledger, sales order processing, credit control and stock control. The plan will be that after an initial period (Approx. 12 months) the person would look to specialise in one of these areas.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Tasks will include:
- Use of all MS office systems. Word. Excel. Office. Power Point etc.
- Recording data as required
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Sales Processing
- Credit Control
- Stock Control
- Reports etc.
- Telephone procedures, systems and message procedures
- The use of the Frama CRM system
- Speaking with internal and external customers
- Product training and procedure training will be given
- GDPR training and use in our business of data
- Correct manual handling techniques
