General Administrator Apprentice FRAMA UK LTD
We are seeking to appoint an apprentice to work in our Administration department. The role will cover all aspects i.e, purchase ledger, sales ledger, sales order processing, credit control and stock control. The plan will be that after an initial period (Approx. 12 months) the person would look to specialise in one of these areas.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Tasks will include:
- Use of all MS office systems. Word. Excel. Office. Power Point etc.
- Recording data as required
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Sales Processing
- Credit Control
- Stock Control
- Reports etc.
- Telephone procedures, systems and message procedures
- The use of the Frama CRM system
- Speaking with internal and external customers
- Product training and procedure training will be given
- GDPR training and use in our business of data
- Correct manual handling techniques

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
The training will include:
Functional Skills Level 1 in English, maths and ICT, if required
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking to provide sufficient training to allow the apprentice to join our administration team in a full time position at the end of the training period.
