What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You will be learning  aspects of HR support including
  • Recruitment and recruitment decisions,
  • Disciplinary proceedures,
  • Performance interviews,
  • Processing holiday requests and information and in putting it into the system

Working within a team towards the HR Support level 3 apprenticeship. HR legal requirements and ensuring the company is compliant with all latest advisories.Recommending actions and information, advice and guidance to staff on all matters relating to their employment and HR 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

During the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship your training (based at Sawtry Village Academy) will be fully supported by the employer and Smart Training & Recruitment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

upon successful completion of your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship this may progress to a permanent role
