What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Sending out and responding to emails
  • Assist with any reporting requested for analysis and management of the department/region/client
  • To progress customer claims within the company’s management system ensuring they are actioned within internally agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Welcoming visitors/liaising with clients

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administration qualification:

  • 1 day a month training at Northampton College, Booth Lane, NN3 3RF

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A permanent role within the company.
