What will the apprentice be doing?
- Extract data from SAP and other systems to provide expediting reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain project trackers and open issue logs in Microsoft Excel with information provided by other members of the project management team.
- Receive and process formal documentation and certificates related to our products and customer orders, from internal and external sources.
- Observe customer and supplier conference calls.
- Assist the project management team with the compilation of project sales order data, statistics and charts in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist the project management and sales teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Assist the project management team with scheduling of project meetings and conference calls.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, video and telephone calls.
