What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Basic reception duties to include answering the phone, dealing with voicemails, taking messages and emailing relevant people.

  • Sending stationary out to consultants.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Meeting and greeting clients/ answering the door phone.
  • Good basic IT Skills.
  • Preparing welcome letters and invoices.
