You will assist new and existing customers with motor, personal and commercial insurance needs, including servicing and sales. You need to have a passion for delivering great customer service. Everything else will be taught.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Insurance training and licensing to be able to assist new and existing customers with motor, personal and commercial insurance needs, including servicing and sales.
- Office administration duties to enhance understand of insurance practices and overview of internal workings.
- Working as part of the agency team, and reporting into office manager and agents.
