What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You’ll learn how to support the management team in the day-to-day business activities and driving sales
  • You'll the develop and deliver excellent customer service and store standards
  • You’ll be involved in maximising profit by working hard to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors and costs

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will achieve a Level 3 Retail Team Leader apprenticeship standard, which is delivered in store during your working hours. Your Assessor will visit you every 4-6 weeks, and you will have time out of your working day to complete your apprenticeship work.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Could progress to Assistant Manager or Team Leader. A Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship is also available.
