You will work towards your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship as well as receiving training and mentoring in the workplace. You will provide excellent customer care to our clients and answer the telephone and deal with initial enquiries.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Your main duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer care to our clients
- Answer the telephone and deal with initial enquiries
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional way
- Some administration duties such as updating files on case
- General housekeeping duties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will receive support and training on the job from your employer and support and guidance from your college tutor when visiting you in the workplace to gain your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Following completion of the apprenticeship there will be the possibility of progressing within the organisation.
