What will the apprentice be doing?
- You will rotate across a variety of departments learning new skills in problem management, invoice management, data management and customer service. Don’t worry if these terms are new to you, our programme and associated training will give you all the knowledge you need to become a future successful Sales Order Management (SOM) or Purchase Order Management (POM) associate
- Some of your day-to-day tasks will include working towards service level agreements, resolving queries, data entry, communicating to a variety of internal teams including inside sales and supply management, and using industry-recognised tools such as SAP
- This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals whilst undertaking a highly sought-after level 3 Business administration apprenticeship qualification. The successful applicants will also have the opportunity to participate in additional training courses for both industry-recognised and our internal systems
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will gain a Business Administration level 3 qualification after successfully completing your apprenticeship
- Your training will be delivered on a blended approach across workshops, project work and progress reviews
- The training will be delivered one day a week, with a mix of online and face to face
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
