What will the apprentice be doing?
This will involve training at college with the remainder of the time spent on site working within the Project Management/business functions to gain knowledge and understanding of how each of these areas support the RBSL business and will build upon the academic knowledge gained from the time at college.
Working as part of the PM team, working on large scale projects, managing budgets, following process and all areas as required.
CRM data entry and management Answering incoming enquiries and directing them to the right person where required Provide administrative support to colleagues and customers where needed Raise and process invoices Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Release to college where the apprentice will be studying for an Associate Project Management apprenticeship. When in the business the apprentice will spend time in various areas of the business function, to build upon the knowledge and understanding gained whilst studying at college.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the two year apprenticeship it is planned that the apprentice will exit into a role within the RBSL Project Management Team although the specific area within the business is planned to be defined within the final six months of the apprenticeship.
