What will the apprentice be doing?

The Role:

Predominantly purchase ledger - will comprise of the following duties/responsibilities:

  • Inputting of supplier’s details/client invoices data entry
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Liaising with suppliers, investigating and assisting with query handling, resolving issues, chasing credit notes
  • Supplier standing data verification and management
  • Various adhoc duties and analysis to assist management
  • Reporting of performance on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Data entry

  • Level 3 Business Administration Standard
  • Functional skills in maths and English if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

You will be based within the Finance purchase ledger department with the opportunity to progress onto doing a AAT qualification upon completion of the Business Administration level 3.
