What will the apprentice be doing?

You will apply your passion, dedication, and talent to help our business grow and be first choice for our people, our customers and our consumers. In return we’ll develop and invest in your skills and experience and give you the best start on your career journey. 

You’ll gain a strong understanding of our brands, our customers, our distribution channels, our competitors and the industry as a whole.  

The Data Insights Apprentice will sit directly in Sales at our Burton Office on a Hybrid 2 days in & 3 days at home set up.

As a key member of the team you’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks below, along side building relationships with colleagues and customers.   

Some of things you will be learning: 

  • How data is used in our Business  
  • What can we be doing more with Data 
  • Utilising Excel and Power BI to answer business data related questions 
  • Evaluating different types of data 
  • Developing effective visualisation to draw and manage insight 
  • Data and digital transformation 

We’re investing in our people by providing a high level of on and off the job training and dedicate time and resource into your personal development, so you’ll also gain a Level 3 qualification in Data Literacy.  

We're looking for individuals with curiosity, drive, passion for brands and commitment to support our overall strategy of ensuring our brands show up fantastically well across all platforms! 

Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored!  We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events. 

About You:

We’re keen to hear from ambitious and entrepreneurial people who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. You’ll need to be over the age of 18+ when commencing the apprenticeship in September 2023.
