What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Undertake a range of administrative duties involving highly sensitive and confidential information
- Maintain databases, inputting and extracting data, creating, collating and distributing any requests for services
- Prepare and produce documents utilising Microsoft Office
- Process orders and invoices
- Maintain a range of confidential filing systems including sensitive personal information
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Public Service Operational Delivery Officer apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Functional Skills in maths, English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice.
Apprentices must achieve:
- A Level 2 Award in Operational Delivery (Principles)
- A Level 3 Certificate in Operation Delivery (Advanced)
