What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties involving highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Maintain databases, inputting and extracting data, creating, collating and distributing any requests for services
  • Prepare and produce documents utilising Microsoft Office
  • Process orders and invoices
  • Maintain a range of confidential filing systems including sensitive personal information

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Public Service Operational Delivery Officer apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Functional Skills in maths, English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice.

Apprentices must achieve:

  • A Level 2 Award in Operational Delivery (Principles)
  • A Level 3 Certificate in Operation Delivery (Advanced)
