What will the apprentice be doing?

The role is varied and the successful applicant will be trained in the following duties:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Processing internal / external post & packages
  • Ordering materials electronically
  • Filing & photocopying documents
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and email
  • Arranging travel & accommodation for site personnel and processing expenses
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Processing invoices / following up
  • Other administrative duties as required

Applicants should have good IT skills and be keen to learn.

Probationary period applies / full training will be given.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Full training in all of the above will be provided and the successful candidate will also attend day release at Access Training.
