During your apprenticeship you will be supported by a senior employee to ensure that you are given every opportunity to reach your full potential and achieve your desired qualification. Once your initial scheme is complete and subject to passing satisfactory appraisals, you will be offered a permanent role within our organisation.

£7,503.60
After 12 weeks probationary period the rate will rise to £5.50 per hour. The apprentice will then be eligible for bonus schemes and or benefits in line with company policies surrounding performance related pay increases and pay reviews.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- The apprenticeship will cover areas of office and Care administration
- Working alongside the office team the apprentice will input vital company information into our shared portal, update client and carers information
- The apprentice will also provide first line support for incoming enquiries and will perform duties relating to office administration
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will receive training relating to office and care administration. Alongside the necessary training in healthcare the apprentice will engage with and provide first line support for incoming enquiries and learn how to provide pre-employment and compliance checks. Other areas of business administration training will also play an integral part of the apprenticeship programme.
The apprenticeship will be based at our Marine branch in Crosby Liverpool with the working hours to be decided with the successful applicant.
Upon completion the apprentice will receive a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification and Functional Skills (if required).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Health and Social Care Level 4.
