What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Running outdoor activities for a range of clients
  • Helping to look after equipment by fulfilling regular checks
  • Being a part of our duty system to ensure all client's needs are looked after
  • Assist the maintenance team in quieter times of the year  
  • Engaging with clients across a variety of onsite and offsite activities to enrich the customer experience 
  • Assisting with the day to day development of activity provision 
  • Developing personal skills to instruct on a range of different programmes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training will take place on centre and you will also have the opportunity to work on another site nearby at Skern Lodge.  It will be block release training.
