What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Degree Apprentice at ASMPT, you will gain a good appreciation of the Company as a whole, and the operation of its main departments by working alongside them on multi-discipline projects undertaking the software aspect. 

Typically, you will be involved in:

  • Team/project meetings, contributing towards design and development decisions
  • Undertaking changes in the software to either fix customer bugs or add new features
  • Supporting peers, imparting your knowledge to others in the business

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Day release to the University of Exeter, leading to BSc Digital and Technology Solutions, aligned to the Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional (integrated degree) Apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
