What will the apprentice be doing?

This person will perform a business administration role focusing on candidate relationship with our business Day to day activities include:

  • Candidate attraction & marketing: producing social media content, producing email marketing to candidates including automation, advertising vacancies, visiting job fairs/centres, speaking to candidates on phone, interviewing candidates for suitability  
  • Candidate placement: fulfilling compliance procedures, maintaining candidate relationships through ‘touchpoints – i.e keep in touch via email marketing, and phone work.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Training will be held at West Lancashire College one day a week 9am-4:30pm. This is a paid day release by the employer.
