You will be the first point of contact for customers and will require to have excellent communication skills in order to provide the best possible service. You will follow ups on orders, responding to general enquiries by email and telephone.

What will the apprentice be doing?

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard.

Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).

Your training will be carried out in the workplace, and you will be allocated a work-based tutor from Hopwood Hall College who will support you with your apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This may lead to progression onto the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship.
