What will the apprentice be doing?

  • During your role you will be expected to carry cold call facebook leads which generates new consults
  • Posting regularly on our social media platforms efficiently and regularly
  • Answering calls confidently, booking in appointments and helpful whilst face to face with patients
  • Organising daily tasks that are to be completed
  • Basic cleaning duties (e.g. Hoovering, wiping down surfaces and declutering the office) keeping the office a sanitary and clean environment
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers including remaining professional and calm during stressful situations
  • Invoicing and taking payments
  • Using technology and softwear on the systems

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Will recieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification on completetion of the apprenticeship 
  • Training will be provided and completed at the location of employment (meaning no off-site college day is necessary)
  • Mandatory training will be provided and necessary once the apprenticeship has started

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possibility of a full-time position in the future and promotion opportunities to the clinic manager.
