What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a busy Chartered Accountants office as an Apprentice Accountant.

Whilst the practice is relatively small, we are renowned for providing a high quality and personal service and you will be working within a small team of friendly staff getting relevant on the job training in a variety of areas of work which will supplement your AAT studies.

Duties will include:

  • Accounts preparation for companies and sole-traders
  • VAT return preparation
  • Using software to prepare tax returns

  • Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Day release at College
  • On and Off the job training
